I work there great place to work
I've worked as a traffic control flagger since November this year. I was told by the lady that hired me it was a full time position excluding rain days. I had a nice job prior to working for Wright but it was only part time. I needed full time because I was moving into a house from a apartment. I have not seen 40 hours. I keep getting kicked off the schedule and placed on call. I was told that there would be rotation for on call but I've been on call at least 3 times in a week and when I ask why I don't get any response. The job would be great if I worked more. I've only worked 8 hours total last week. I'm now looking for another job. My daughter will not have Christmas and I'm hardly able to make rent for my new house. I wouldn't recommend anyone work this job unless you're looking for part time with no hours. Seems like the lady in charge is on a power trip. She picks and chooses who will work bases on her personal feelings about them. Biggest mistake of my life was trusting that I would have 40 hours in order to take care of my child.
