I'm a transporter. I booked a car with him just to get a full load. Not a pleasant experience. I had time on my hands and was very angry, so I started digging.
I was moving from Miami to Houston and I did not want to put so many miles on my new BMW so I hit Google. I found several car shipping companies but the hassle was too much and decided to go with the best customer service and the most straightforward negotiation. United Auto Movers had the best option to ship your car at an excellent price without the hassle of talking to several Car Shipping Companies, I searched on their website i liked their price compared to other providers. One week later my toy was setting in Houston with no problem whatsoever. Thanks UAM for excellent service, you guys really made the process of shipping my car from Florida to Texas as easy as buying something from Amazon.
So the car gets transported to a trucking yard, God knows where. Fast forward two weeks later. The driver claims he was pulled over and couldn't deliver to my address via truck and they'd have to drive the car from grapevine to my Dallas address, "fine, just get me my car". Another homeless person shows up in my car with a wave of the very noticeable smell of clutch. The s.o.b must have just learned to drive a manual. To top it off, they took the liberty and spray painted the damaged area from when it was damaged loading on the trailer. It looked like a 10 year old painted it.
We made a move from California to Dallas. These guys had two, what could have been homeless people, show up in a beat ass early 2000s Ford Explorer and some rickidy trailer. Neither one of them knew had to drive a manual. So I drove it up on the trailer. Well, as I drove it up they didn't bother signalling that the bumper was going to scrape and sure enough scraped the trailer. I took pictures and marked it on the papers.

4) He told the car dealer WE named the price. Not true! We use Central Dispatch, the price pick up and drop off was already listed. Central Dispatch is a web site that lists cars being shipped all over the U.S.A. by multiple brokers like Joe Franzese.

A bad business. Not long ago I signed a contract to have a car moved. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I cancelled my order with United Auto Movers long before a transport was sent to the site for pick up. Joe did not want to give a refund, so I contacted my credit card company to open a dispute. I won the dispute and in retaliation, Joe F. called over 125 different transport companies to order a transport for a non existent vehicle. Look up the Better Business Bureau of Western PA which gives this company an "F" rating. Go to the site and type in the name and see for yourself.

From what I put together in less than 24 hours, I'd say this particular Joe Franzese, is a schemer.

All in all, after back and forth with a concerned sounding Joe, nothing was resolved. He stopped returning calls and I was out $700. I traded my car in because it was a reminder of a mistake on my part for not researching this company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Don't use !!!!! Beware they are ruthless and I got my car with a bashed rear windshield and they keep dodging my calls and blocked my number! Worst company ever, please stay away!!! I wish I had. I am filing a lawsuit against them to pay my $500 deductible tnat I had to pay out of pocket for this lousy company destroying my car!!! They will pull a BAIT & SWITCH! They Also asked for an extra $150 on top of the $650 cost to ship! They are shady and this is why they only take cash! Use someone else !!!!!!!!! This is free advice to the rest DO NOT USE! !!!!!!!!! Worst company!!!!
