Horrible showing on Christmas Eve however. Understaffed, and ill-prepared for any kind of crowd, which they actually got this year. The manager actually refused to seat people for a time, because the kitchen couldn't keep up. This was with FAR more tables available, than people waiting.
The staff is usually friendly, and there have been recent enhancements to the menu, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Seems to me instead of making people stand around and get angrier, because they had no where else to go at that point, you seat everyone and at least serve drinks/booze, which is how they make their money in the first place. Keep everyone happy, instead of upsetting them.
Don't feel like the whole restaurant scene? Order take out or Curbside to Go! Same great food! Our order was excellent and ready exactly when they said it would be.

The food was good and they have nice happy hour specials. More often than not the orders are correct. And for the most part the wait staff is friendly. A couple sketchy ones from time to time, though. Management is quick to resolve any issues.
